手性技术与手性药物研究、不对称合成及手性药物新工艺研究
研究方向简介:手性药物是手性技术应用最广泛、效果最显著的领域。目前手性药物占世界上使用药物的50%以上,全球手性药物市场已达数千亿美元,说明了该领域的重要性。我们小组着力发展不对称合成新方法、新技术,为手性药物及中间体的合成提供新方法、新工艺,为新型手性先导化合物的发现提供研究基础。
